BlueKeep vulnerability presents a serious threat to nearly 1 million vulnerable computer systems. Attackers can execute code without authentication, posing a potential for widespread automated attacks across networks. Qualys has integrated a BlueKeep dashboard to track and address this critical vulnerability. Microsoft has classified it as critical and recommends immediate patching even for out-of-support systems. Workarounds include enabling Network Level Authentication and blocking TCP port 3389.
