  • Qemu: net: ne2000: OOB memory access in ioport r/w functions (CVE-2015-8743)

  • The qemu implementation in libvirt before 1.3.0 and Xen allows local guest OS users to cause a denial of service (host disk consumption) by writing to stdout or stderr. (CVE-2014-3672)

  • The process_tx_desc function in hw/net/e1000.c in QEMU before 2.4.0.1 does not properly process transmit descriptor data when sending a network packet, which allows attackers to cause a denial of service (infinite loop and guest crash) via unspecified vectors. (CVE-2015-6815)

Note that Nessus has not tested for these issues but has instead relied on the package manager’s report that the package is installed.
