VULNERABILITY DETAILS: **
**CVE ID: CVE-2011-4576

DESCRIPTION: IBM Sterling Connect:Direct for Microsoft Windows uses OpenSSL libraries for cryptography and is vulnerable to a security vulnerability discovered in the OpenSSL libraries. The SSL 3.0 implementation in OpenSSL version used by Sterling Connect:Direct for Microsoft Windows does not properly initialize data structures for block cipher padding, which might allow remote attackers to obtain sensitive information by decrypting the padding data sent by an SSL peer. **
