Possible overflow in PartyGovernance._isUnanimousVotes(). Proposal execution issue if totalVotes >= 8e24. Funds stuck if emergencyExecuteDisabled == true and rageQuitTimestamp == DISABLE_RAGEQUIT_PERMANENTLY. Mitigation: modify _isUnanimousVotes() to prevent overflow
