PostgreSQL JDBC Driver (aka PgJDBC) before 42.2.13 allows XXE. A flaw was found in PostgreSQL JDBC in versions prior to 42.2.13. An XML External Entity (XXE) weakness was found in PostgreSQL JDBC.
