Microsoft Windows user32 DIB Scaling Out-Of-Bounds Read Information Disclosure Vulnerability allows remote attackers to disclose sensitive information. Requires user interaction to exploit by visiting a malicious page or opening a malicious file. The flaw is within the handling of DIB scaling, leading to a lack of proper validation of user-supplied data and a read past the end of an allocated buffer. Can be leveraged with other vulnerabilities to execute code in the current process
