(0Day) Advantech WebAccess IOCTL 0x2711 BwPSLink Arbitrary File Deletion Vulnerability

This vulnerability allows remote attackers to delete arbitrary files on affected installations of Advantech WebAccess. Authentication is not required to exploit this vulnerability. The specific flaw exists within the handling of IOCTL 0x2711, which can be used to invoke BwPSLink.exe. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of a user-supplied path prior to using it in file operations. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to delete files in the context of Administrator.
