Fatek Automation Communication Server Stack Buffer Overflow Remote Code Execution Vulnerability

This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on vulnerable installations of Fatek Automation Communication Server. Authentication is not required to exploit this vulnerability. The specific flaw exists within the handling of query requests. An overly long string sent while querying a server can trigger a stack buffer overflow. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code in the context of the process.
