(0Day) WebGate eDVR Manager WESPPTZ.WESPPTZCtrl.1 SetConnectInfo Heap Buffer Overflow Remote Code Execution Vulnerability

This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on vulnerable installations of WebGate eDVR Manager. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file. The specific flaw exists within the WESPPTZ.WESPPTZCtrl.1 ActiveX control. The arguments to the SetConnectInfo() method can be used to overflow a statically allocated heap buffer. An attacker can use this to execute arbitrary code in the context of the browser.
