This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on vulnerable installations of Oracle Java. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file. The specific flaw exists within the parsing of JPEG images. The issue lies in the ability to control the count parameter to a call to memmove. A remote attacker can exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code under the context of the process.
