Novell ZENWorks Software Packaging ISGrid.Grid2.1 DoFindReplace bstrReplaceText Parameter Remote Code Execution Vulnerability

This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on vulnerable installations of Novell ZENWorks. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file. The specific flaw exists within \Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\ISGrid2.dll. If the bstrReplaceText parameter exceeds its statically-allocated length then a buffer overflow will occur. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary code on the system in the context of the user running the browser.
