Admin Bar Remover < 1.0.23 - Missing Authorization to Authenticated (Subscriber+) Settings Update

Description The Admin Bar Remover plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data due to a missing capability check on the update_form() function in all versions up to, and including, 1.0.2.2. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to enable or disable the admin bar on the front-end of the site.
