 			- HTC HD2 Windows 6.5 mod to HTC HD2 Windows7 -

Today i try to explain how to modify your old HTC-HD2 with windows mobile 6.5 to a new Windows 7 HTC-HD2 in 10 easy steps.


1. First you need to connect your HTC HD2 with your computer via USB to sync.
Note: Backup all important data and store all contacts on the encrypted sim card. Format your HTC HD2 back to default settings.

2. Download the MAGLDR113 software (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=893618) & install.
Note: MAGLDR allows the flash of custom ROMs such as the Windows Phone 7 ROM and other such ROMs.

3. Download the HSPL3 (http://www.mediafire.com/?bm7v1kwf1fk1d7q) & install on the local system.
Note: Enable flashing of custom roms on HTC HD2. Flash custom roms on many of the newer devices - HSPL unlocker.

4. Switch to the BootMenü of your HTC by holding the volume button (or upper) on the left site of your phone.
Note: You need to hold the button when booting the original telecom rom image.

5. Start the MAGLDR113 software (htc hd2 connected via usb) & update the ROM Image.
Note: The phone needs to be successful connected & shows a HTC silver black screen.


6. Now the HTC HD2 is restarts the system and is loading the mac loader. Switch to point 5. in the menu (USB Flasher)
Note: Click the volume buttons to change the menu category & use the phone call button to accept.#


7. Startup the DWI7 Installer to flash the OS on the HTC HD2
Note: This process can take several minutes. depends on the image/rom.


8. The HTC HD2 will be restarted and the Bootloader comes up. Press Cancel
Note:  Step 8 needs to be done when the image i loading the bottmenu first. If not jump to step 9.


9. The Devil Force Team logo comes up because of the modifed Image
Note: You can also delete the logo and replace it by your own.


10. Now the Windows 7 Phone is booting & you can configure it from default.
Note: Enjoy!
