Heap-based Buffer Overflow

libjpeg.so is vulnerable to heap based buffer overflow. The vulnerability is due to a function LineBitmapRequester::EncodeRegion at linebitmaprequester.cpp. The attacker can mount a Denial of Service (DoS) attack via a crafted file.
