Weak Encryption

io.github.element36-io:ebics-cli is vulnerable to a weak encryption implementation. An attacker, who possess the ability to monitor network traffic is able to decrypt EBICS payloads and gain access to sensitive information due to a weak encryption implementation in EBICS messages.
