Denial Of Service (DoS)

OpenCV is vulnerable to denial of service (DoS). The attack exists when a small image is input, triggering an out-of-bounds read via segmentation fault as the variable coarsest_scale is no longer greater than or equal to finest_scale within the calc()/ocl_calc() functions in dis_flow.cpp.
