Denial Of Service (DoS)

MySQL is vulnerable to denial of service (DoS) attacks. The vulnerability exists in the subcomponent Server: Connection in the MySQL Server component of Oracle MySQL. A high privileged attacker with logon to the infrastructure where MySQL Server executes could compromise MySQL Server resulting in a frequently repeatable crash.
