Javier Nieto and Andres Rojas discovered that phpMyAdmin incorrectly
managed input in the form of passwords. An attacker could use this
vulnerability to cause a denial-of-service (DoS). This issue only
affected Ubuntu 14.04 ESM. (CVE-2014-9218)
