Industrial control manufacturer Schneider Electric has published new firmware for its StruxureWare Building Expert building automation system to patch a remotely exploitable vulnerability that allows an attacker to obtain user credentials. The affected system is used worldwide, mostly in commercial facilities, and is described as a multipurpose management device that monitors HVAC, lighting, and metering systems
