Microsoft supplied user content in 10.8% of U.S. law enforcement requests, majority were for subscriber or transaction data. Transparency report shows 35,000 requests globally, rejecting 3.4%. Requests mainly for free consumer services like Hotmail. Majority of requests from U.S., followed by Turkey, Germany, France, and the U.K
