Microsoft Considering Public-Key Pinning for Internet Explorer. Public-key pinning helps protect against forged certificates, man-in-the-middle attacks, and false-authentication problems by binding trusted public keys to specific domains. Microsoft is considering adding this feature to Internet Explorer
