Google Chrome switches to ML-KEM for post-quantum cryptography defense. Switching from KYBER to ML-KEM in Chrome to defend against cryptographically relevant quantum computers. PostQuantumKeyAgreementEnabled flag and enterprise policy will apply to both Kyber and ML-KEM. Chrome version 131 set for early November 2024 release
