Old School Hackers spying on European governments

The MiniDuke malware targets European governments through infected Adobe PDF email attachments, with perpetrators operating from servers in Panama and Turkey. Kaspersky Lab's CEO notes the style of the malicious programming is reminiscent of the late 1990s and early 2000s and is now showing up with sophisticated threat actors
