Chinese Hackers Target South American Diplomatic Entities with ShadowPad. Microsoft attributes China-based cyber espionage actor *DEV-0147* to attacks on South American diplomatic entities. ShadowPad and QuasarLoader among the tools used. The attacks involve post-exploitation activities, including the abuse of on-premises identity infrastructure and the use of Cobalt Strike for command-and-control and data exfiltration
