If you can't patch your email server, you should not be running it. Disturbing results show 82.5% of Exchange servers vulnerable to CVE-2020-0688 with some unpatched since 2012, posing a serious threat to organizations' sensitive information. Negligence is evident in running unpatched systems, and outsourcing to competent providers is highly recommended
