Increase in malvertising via Google ads promoting fake sites for popular software products. Threat actors abusing typosquatting and combosquatting to create fake websites similar to the original ones. Sites are then promoted in search engines. Observed fake pages for AMD and Blender 3D. Fake Blender 3D sites distribute a 269MB ZIP file, posing as the original installer, but contain a 657MB malicious PE file.
