Unable to Delete vDisk Version Because "Delete" Option is Grayed Out

Unable to delete vDisk version because the "Delete" option is grayed out since one target device is still showing that is connected to it. The VM on the Hypervisor is already down, but PVS console shows the device is still Active and connected to the vDisk...
