CVE-2020-13775 affects ZNC 1.8.0 up to 1.8.1-rc1. When echo-message is not enabled and there is no network, authenticated users can trigger an application crash via a NULL pointer dereference. The vulnerability is mitigated by upgrading to version 1.8.1-rc1 (and newer) which contains the fix.
