Citrix Studio/StoreFront consoles stuck on "Expanding"

Citrix Studio Console which is installed on Delivery Controller cannot be launched. It stuck on "Expand" window. If we launch MMC on the DDC and try to launch Studio it gets stuck at “Assessing databases”...
