A flaw was found in the Linux kernel Direct Rendering Infrastructure (DRI) subsystem in which a use-after-free can be caused when a user triggers a race condition between a nonblocking atomic commit and a driver unload. A local user could use this flaw to crash the system or potentially escalate their privileges on the system.
To mitigate this issue, prevent module drm from being loaded. Please see <https://access.redhat.com/solutions/41278> for how to blacklist a kernel module to prevent it from loading automatically.
