Arbitrary file read vulnerability in phpMyAdmin version 4.0-4.8.4 allows rogue MySQL server to read any file on the server, posing critical security risk. Mitigation is to set `AllowArbitraryServer` to false, upgrade to version 4.8.5, or apply provided patches
