RUSTSEC-2022-0042 malicious crate `rustdecimal`

Malicious crate `rustdecimal` with malware was removed from crates.io. Similar to `rust_decimal` crate to perform typosquatting attack. `rust_decimal` crate was not compromised. `rustdecimal` crate contained a malicious code to download and execute a binary payload if GITLAB_CI environment variable was set. The binary payload supported Linux and macOS, but not Windows. Check for dependencies on `rustdecimal` if using GitLab CI after 2022-03-25. Regularly audit and trust crate authors
