Neon provides functionality for creating JavaScript `ArrayBuffer` and `Buffer` instances backed by external bytes. Prior to Neon `0.10.1`, `JsArrayBuffer::external` and `JsBuffer::external` did not require `T: 'static`, allowing creation of externally backed buffer from types that may be freed while referenced by a JavaScript `ArrayBuffer`. Use after free example compiles on versions `<0.10.1` and fails afterward
