Affected versions of ConVec unconditionally implement Send/Sync for ConVec<T>. Users can create data races by inserting non-Send or non-Sync types like Arc<Cell<_>> or Rc<_> as T, and types like Cell<_> or RefCell<_> as T can also lead to memory corruption
