Unsafe extraction from remotely retrieved tarball via `tarfile.extractall()` could lead to arbitrary file write in an unintended location. Vulnerable code in `file.py` retrieved a tarball remotely and extracted it with no destination check. The official Python documentation warns about extracting archives from untrusted sources without prior inspection.
