Ubuntu Update for gtk+3.0 USN-2149-2 provides compatibility fix for gtk+ to work with librsvg security update. vulnerability fixed in librsvg caused gtk+3.0 on Ubuntu 12.10 and Ubuntu 12.04 LTS to load XML external entities by default, enabling attackers to possibly obtain access to arbitrary files
