Debian Security Advisory DSA 2256-1 (tiff) describes a vulnerability in the Tag Image File Format (TIFF) library that allows for a buffer overflow triggered by a crafted OJPEG file, potentially leading to the execution of arbitrary code. It has been fixed in version 3.9.4-5+squeeze2 for the stable distribution (squeeze) and version 3.9.5-1 for the testing distribution (wheezy) and unstable distribution (sid)

is vulnerable to a buffer overflow triggered by a crafted OJPEG file
