The 'openssl' package on Ubuntu 12.04, 12.10, 13.04, and 13.10 is missing an update due to multiple vulnerabilities, including TLS handshake, data structure, and DTLS retransmissions, leading to denial of service. It also disables the default use of RdRand feature of certain Intel CPUs as the sole source of entropy
