3. disable: The SELinux function is disabled.

SELinux can be enabled and protected only when it works in enforcing mode. If SELinux works in
other modes, it cannot protect the system. Processes in the system, especially processes running as
the root user, have high permissions by default, which may bring security risks to the system.");
