Description

Brian Smith discovered that NSS incorrectly handled the TLS False Start feature. If a remote attacker were able to perform a man-in-the-middle attack, this flaw could be exploited to spoof SSL servers.

Note that Tenable Network Security has extracted the preceding description block directly from the Ubuntu security advisory. Tenable has attempted to automatically clean and format it as much as possible without introducing additional issues.
