"The remote MiracleLinux 3 host has packages installed that are affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the
AXSA:2014-522:01 advisory.

    Description:
    The glibc package contains standard libraries which are used by multiple programs on the system. In order
    to save disk space and memory, as well as to make upgrading easier, common system code is kept in one
    place and shared between programs. This particular package contains the most important sets of shared
    libraries: the standard C library and the standard math library. Without these two libraries, a Linux
    system will not function.
    Security issues fixed with this release:
    CVE-2014-0475
    Multiple directory traversal vulnerabilities in GNU C Library (aka glibc or libc6) before 2.20 allow
    context-dependent attackers to bypass ForceCommand restrictions and possibly have other unspecified impact
    via a .. (dot dot) in a (1) LC_*, (2) LANG, or other locale environment variable.
    CVE-2014-5119
    Off-by-one error in the __gconv_translit_find function in gconv_trans.c in GNU C Library (aka glibc)
    allows context-dependent attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) or execute arbitrary code via
    vectors related to the CHARSET environment variable and gconv transliteration modules.

Tenable has extracted the preceding description block directly from the MiracleLinux security advisory.

Note that Nessus has not tested for these issues but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version
number.");
