Description :
KVM (for Kernel-based Virtual Machine) is a full virtualization solution
for Linux on x86 hardware.
Using KVM, one can run multiple virtual machines running unmodified Linux
or Windows images. Each virtual machine has private virtualized hardware:
a network card, disk, graphics adapter, etc.
Security issues fixed with this release:
CVE-2014-0222
CVE-2014-0223
all issues are;

announcing a new security problem. When the candidate has been publicized, the details for this candidate
will be provided.

fixed bugs;
* Previously, the disk size could be expanded considerably due to the transfer of unallocated sectors past
the end of the base image, when performing live incremental migration. With this update, the
bdrv_is_allocated() function has been fixed to no longer return True for unallocated sectors, and the
disk size no longer changes after performing live incremental migration.
* Previously, vendor-specific SCSI commands issued from a KVM guest did not reach the target device due to
QEMU considering such commands as invalid. with this update, fixed it.
* This update contain a patch that enables ioeventfd in virtio-scsi-pci.
Tenable has extracted the preceding description block directly from the MiracleLinux security advisory.
