"The remote MiracleLinux 4 host has packages installed that are affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the
AXSA:2012-749:06 advisory.

    The kernel package contains the Linux kernel (vmlinuz), the core of any Linux operating system. The
    kernel handles the basic functions of the operating system: memory allocation, process allocation, device
    input and output, etc.
    Security issues fixed with this release:
    CVE-2011-1083
    The epoll implementation in the Linux kernel 2.6.37.2 and earlier does not properly traverse a tree of
    epoll file descriptors, which allows local users to cause a denial of service (CPU consumption) via a
    crafted application that makes epoll_create and epoll_ctl system calls.
    CVE-2011-4131
    The NFSv4 implementation in the Linux kernel before 3.2.2 does not properly handle bitmap sizes in GETACL
    replies, which allows remote NFS servers to cause a denial of service (OOPS) by sending an excessive
    number of bitmap words.

Tenable has extracted the preceding description block directly from the MiracleLinux security advisory.

Note that Nessus has not tested for these issues but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version
number.");
