"The remote MiracleLinux 4 host has packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the
AXSA:2011-641:01 advisory.

    Virtual Network Computing (VNC) is a remote display system which allows you to view a computing 'desktop'
    environment not only on the machine where it is running, but from anywhere on the Internet and from a wide
    variety of machine architectures.
    This package contains a client which will allow you to connect to other desktops running a VNC server.
    Security issues fixed with this release:
    CVE-2011-1775
    The CSecurityTLS::processMsg function in common/rfb/CSecurityTLS.cxx in the vncviewer component in
    TigerVNC 1.1beta1 does not properly verify the server's X.509 certificate, which allows man-in-the-middle
    attackers to spoof a TLS VNC server via an arbitrary certificate.

Tenable has extracted the preceding description block directly from the MiracleLinux security advisory.

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version
number.");
