"The version of Adobe InDesign installed on the remote macOS host is prior to 18.5.1, 19.1.0. It is, therefore, affected
by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the APSB23-70 advisory.
- Adobe InDesign versions 19.0 (and earlier) and 17.4.2 (and earlier) are affected by an out-of-bounds read
vulnerability that could lead to disclosure of sensitive memory. An attacker could leverage this
vulnerability to bypass mitigations such as ASLR. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in
that a victim must open a malicious file. (CVE-2023-47077)
- Adobe InDesign versions 19.0 (and earlier) and 17.4.2 (and earlier) are affected by a NULL Pointer
Dereference vulnerability. An unauthenticated attacker could leverage this vulnerability to achieve an
application denial-of-service in the context of the current user. Exploitation of this issue requires user
interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file. (CVE-2023-47076)
Note that Nessus has not tested for these issues but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version
number.");
