Kibana versions prior to 8.19.10, 9.1.10, or 9.2.4 expose a Fleet resource exhaustion vulnerability.

"The version of Kibana installed on the remote host is prior to 8.19.10, 9.1.10, or 9.2.4. It is, therefore, affected
by a vulnerability as referenced in the ESA_2026_04 advisory.

  - An allocation of resources without limits or throttling vulnerability in Kibana Fleet leads to excessive resource
    allocation via a specially crafted bulk retrieval request. This requires an attacker to have low-level
    privileges (viewer role) and can cause the application to perform redundant database retrieval operations
    that immediately consume memory until the server crashes and becomes unavailable. This affects Kibana
    versions 7.10.0 to 7.17.29, 8.0.0 to 8.19.9, 9.0.0 to 9.1.9, and 9.2.0 to 9.2.3. (CVE-2026-0531)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version
number.");
