The remote Fedora 37 host has a python3.10 package installed that is affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the FEDORA-2023-309cadedc6 advisory. An issue in the urllib.parse component of Python before 3.11.4 allows attackers to bypass blocklisting methods by supplying a URL that starts with blank characters
