"Fedora branched for Fedora 33 with java-11-openjdk at an early version
of the upcoming release, 11.0.9. The upstream release of OpenJDK
11.0.9 isn't due to happen until the same day as Fedora 33
(2020-10-20).
We will get the final version into Fedora 33 (and earlier versions) as
soon as possible after the embargo lifts and the upstream release
happens, but we should get a version close enough to final as possible
into Fedora 33 GA.
This update provides that update, bringing Fedora 33 in sync with the
frozen public upstream tree for 11.0.9. All that is missing in
comparison with the eventual final version are the embargoed security
fixes.
Note that Tenable Network Security has extracted the preceding
description block directly from the Fedora update system website.
Tenable has attempted to automatically clean and format it as much as
possible without introducing additional issues."
