The v3.0 Qin bamboo music program has a neglected upload vulnerability and a negligence in the FSO folder for static page generation. Negligence in upload vulnerability is due to the presence of the "Upfile_Article.asp" file in the "Admin/Article" folder, allowing unauthorized access and file uploads. The FSO folder contains ASP files for generating static pages
